A very refreshing book that proves that good things really do happen to good people. I closed it with a smile on my face. =)
This is such a captivating story that leaves you desperate for more. I hope that eventually Mary Joslyn will publish more so that we can all get to know Helen, Mark, Goldenrod and Alex a little better. Mary is inspiring and extremely talented!! I will anxiously await her next book!
Mary Joslyn's novella beautifully intertwines new life, tragedy and the grace of God. The book follows a non-traditional family through their ups and downs but most enjoyably, their serendipitous encounters. Joslyn has clearly done her natural-birth research. This story should be required reading for all expectant moms! While the book is brief and leaves the reader wanting more, the plot is rich and the characters are wonderfully enjoyable to be with! This novella provides a pleasant escape while gently reminding its reader of the interconnectedness of life.
